Situated just off the legendary California Coastal Highway One, halfway between LA and San Francisco, is the sleepy seaside town of Morro Bay. One of California’s rare true-seaside resorts is the Inn at Morro Bay. Located within Morro Bay State Park, the iconic inn has been hosting guests since 1960 when it originally opened its doors as the Golden Tee Resort and Lodge. The Inn at Morro Bay is just now completing a three-year, multi-million dollar renovation. Join Correspondent, Tom Wilmer as he visits with Kelly Wells, the Inn’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Kelly talks about the renovation and lots of cool things to do and see within walking distance—including an 18-hole golf courses (directly across the road), the Natural History Museum, kayaking and more.
