The 6th annual Savor the Central Coast event, co-sponsored by Visit San Luis Obispo County and Sunset Magazine will take place Thursday the 24th of September through Sunday the 27th at Santa Margarita Ranch and various off-site venues around the county. I’m correspondent, Tom Wilmer, come along and join me at the SeaVenture Resort in Pismo Beach, California for an insiders overview of the Savor event with Chuck Davison, President and CEO of Visit San Luis Obispo County, Everett Casey Wolcott, Executive Chef at the Seaventure, and one of Savor’s shining culinary stars, Brigit Binns, author of 29 cook books and owner of theRefugio Cooking School in Paso Robles.
