The Plaza’s mission to source products locally and regionally includes all aspects of their operation. The hotel is passionate about their relationships with growers in the nearby Salinas Valley (dubbed the salad Bowl of the World) where they not only source locally grown, sustainable and organic produce, but they also take guests on field trips to meet the growers in the fields.
