Tom Wilmer visits Laeticia winery with winemaker, Eric Hickey. Maison Deutz, a fine French champagne producer opened a sparkling wine operation in Arroyo Grande California in 1982. The French Champagne house eventually sold their interest and today, Laeticia celebrates 30 years as a premier sparkling wine producer, along with growing and producing exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. And then its a visit to Olea Farm Olive Oil producers in Templeton California where we’ll learn exactly what Extra-Virgin and First-Press mean. We’ll also learn why California’s olive oil is often superior to European oils. We’ll then stop in at De Tierra Vineyards located in Monterey County for a chat with Anna Russell as she talks about their organic olive oil.
